The room smelled musty. The computer system was down when we checked in so we could not have keys until the next day; the front desk person let us into our rooms. We were double-charged for a room because the hotel cancelled one of our pre-paid rooms and forced us to rebook. The manager would not call me back and the front desk person was rude though later was extremely apologetic. You should not use this property.
