Welcome to Lola Hale, a long time favorite vacation rental home to many. This beautiful Hawaiiana Home is fully furnished with all the comforts of a personal home and provides comfortable and spacious island living. Lola Hale is a beautiful blend of Island style, elegance, and comfort.

Lola Hale is centrally located in the prestigious town of Princeville and is conveniently located within a short walk to shops, restaurants located in the Princeville Shopping Center, the Princeville Park, Princeville Library and many walking and jogging paths. Enjoy a wonderful farmers market and craft fair every Saturday at the Princeville Park within walking distance from Lola Hale. Just a quick drive and your toes are in the sand to some of the worlds famous beaches - Anini, Hanalei Bay.

Lola Hale is very spacious and an upgraded Hawaiiana house to enjoy while on vacation. This two-story house is approximately 3,400-square-feet, built in 2006, and is a perfect retreat for family and friends. It features gorgeous wood floors throughout the home, attractive artwork, a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and upgraded furnishings, 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bath and an outside shower. The upstairs is the gathering spot and features a large open themed living space, dining area, kitchen and a wonderful covered lanai. It has open beam ceilings making the upstairs feel vast and large.

All bedrooms are located downstairs. The primary bedroom boasts a king size bed, walk in closet and full bathroom with a jetted tub. The first guest bedroom features 2 Queen beds with the second guest bedroom offers another Queen bed. Last but not least, the bonus room offers 1 Double bed and 3 twin beds. All bedrooms are also equipped with their own air conditioning units.

The outside lanai offers a hot tub for added relaxation after a day full of adventures and activities.

With lots of amenities, this stellar home includes ample parking with a two-car garage, a large living area, and a well-equipped kitchen. There's a private washer/dryer, TVs, free WiFi, upstairs and downstairs lanai areas, beach accessories and much more.

This home had everything you would need and more! Well stocked and had great beach equipment that used everyday, including water shed and snorkeling gear! The hot tub was fabulous after a long day of adventures. They were very responsive and helped deliver a new Kurig the day we asked for a replacement.

We stayed at this property as a family of 9 with young adult children. The location was great and close to everything that we wanted to do on the northshore. We cooked a couple of nights at home and the kitchen was great !! The pictures indicated a beautiful golf course however the course that this house is on is no longer maintained. The master bedroom stayed cold and the unit did not seem to work properly which would have been fine except there weren’t enough extra blankets. The only issue we had was there was only 2 full bathrooms so the room with the bunk room ( we had three young adults staying in there) did not have a full bathroom to use do we had to allow them to use the master bathroom to shower and get ready. It would have also been nice to have an endless water heater with 9 of us.

Being close to everything the North Shore has to offer is one of our favorite things about the home as well.We appreciate you pointing out a few areas that could have made your stay more comfortable. The golf course views shown in the photos are accurate to the property’s setting, though the course itself is currently not maintained, and we understand that this may have been unexpected. We’ll review how this is communicated in the listing to make sure it’s as clear as possible for future guests.Thank you also for letting us know about the temperature in the primary bedroom and the lack of extra blankets. We apologize if there was an oversight because the hallway closet is fully stocked with many extra blankets. And for the AC units to work properly, all units must use the same setting as mentioned in the guest guidebook. We would have been happy to drop off more blankets if you had asked. Regarding the bathrooms and hot water capacity, the home does have two full bathrooms as noted in the listing, but we understand that coordinating showers with a larger group can take a bit of planning. Your suggestion about a larger or tankless water heater is appreciated and something we will consider as we continue to make improvements.

Great house fun location

The house was beautiful and accommodated our large group easily. They had lots of beach towels and chairs for us to use and it was as easy drive to Hanalei. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house for a group or big family

We had 4 adults and 6 kids. This house was perfect with many sleeping options, a huge dining table for meal and a hot tub. The owners were very accommodating and wonderful to work with. We appreciate them working with us in a time of need.

Excellent location!

It was great place to stay at. Host was very responsive when we had an issue with BBQ. Was replaced right away. Lots of towels, and dishes. Walking distance to grocery store and lots of walking paths. Would highly reccomend staying here. Very clean upon arrival.

Super Spacious and Clean

Beautiful accommodation with great care taken in the materials (hardwood floor, ceiling) and decorations. There were only 2 of us, and it was awesome. The place sleeps 6 comfortably, and has a few additional beds on top. Highly recommended.

Excellent house for a friend's trip to Kauai

So much space! There was plenty of room and beds for 8 of us. The upstairs area with kitchen and living room was awesome, we could all fit on the dinner table and couch. The place was super clean and there were plenty of towels for everyone.

Was clean but the bunk bed room reeked of urine like kids had soaked the mattress All the mattresses were very worn and uncomfortable. Didn’t appreciate the yard guys mowing and blowing while we were at the rental. Kind of loud and annoying and to see someone standing right outside your patio door unexpectedly wasn’t cool. The home was very clean otherwise. Very roomy. Great location.

It is routine maintenance that is scheduled ahead of time and we try to schedule it when guests are out of the home.

Great North Shore location!

Great house in a great location. Clean, modern, located just behind the Princeville shopping area. Ceiling fans and AC in all bedrooms and the living room (AC in the 2-dbl beds room only blew air, no cool air, but we made it work with fans provided on every room). Kitchen was excellent, well stocked, great ‘frig and appliances; BBQ too! Hot tub was very nice (previous renters had made it unusable, but it was cleaned and immaculate in just over a day) - strong jets, good temps. Comfortable beds, lots of room for big groups/ families. 4 bathrooms in the house is very nice for large groups. Lots of beach toys, snorkeling gear, body boards, umbrellas for beach day! Great house, thx for everything!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group of two families had a wonderful stay at the Lola Hale property. It's the perfect layout with all the bedrooms located on the downstairs level, and a large, gathering space upstairs for watching movies, dining at the communal table, or sitting on the deck. We had four teenagers in our group, and each was able to have their own bed, while the adult couples had private rooms, too. There are a few decks around the outside of the house, which offer options for escaping your group when you need to. We loved the style of the upstairs with the high ceilings and the views out the back of the house were lovely. You are close to neighbors, but it does feel very private, and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet at night. Also, you can walk five minutes to the nearby shopping center for groceries, coffee, or take-away meals as needed. The property management company was very easy to work with. Thanks for providing a wonderful rental experience!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a large group of 10 people and the property fit us well. There were many amenities that we found useful(rice cooker, snorkeling equipment, Beach chairs, etc.) and the space for meals was great for our large group. The property was quiet and safe(other than the black pickup truck who nearly ran into us on the roundabout and sped through failing to yield) but overall we enjoyed our stay. One night the skies were clear enough and not too much surrounding light pollution so that the stars were quite astounding. Because the roof is made of stone it absorbs a lot of heat from the sun during the day and can make the upstairs part of the property a little bit heat uncomfortable with radiation of the heat from the stone roof. For that reason we learned to turn off the ceiling fans in the later part of the day and evening so a lot of that heat would stay up closer to the vaulted ceiling. If the outer roof was ever redone, putting a radiant heat barrier between the outer stone and inner thatch decorative layer would lessen the heat load to the upper floor substantially. We enjoyed our stay there and would consider coming back in the future. Its location is very central to many north shore Kauai activities that visitors would likely be interested in.
