We love our little ND house. We currently live in Fresno CA, but all my siblings live in Cooperstown, so we love to spend time there with family. The inside of the house was totally remodeled. Demo down with love by my siblings, nieces and nephews! My family was hugely involved in the remodel. In Fresno we also have a guest house that we lease out to mainly traveling nurses. We have two fur-babies, a 6-year-old cat Lucy and a year-old Golden Retriever Ruby.

Why they chose this property

Millers is a fabulous grocery store just a couple blocks away. Cooper's main street is home to several restaurants, and gift shops. The town has a hardware store, lumberyard, golf course, churches, and more! There is a new hospital being built. The historic Ronald Regan Minuteman Missile State Historic Site is located 3.5 miles from Cooperstown. Red Willow Lake is a naturally formed lake located 24 miles from Cooperstown. The lake covers 149.4 acres, has 2.8 miles of shoreline, and has an average depth of 11.1 feet, with a maximum depth of 25.2 feet.
