Note:
1. The Community POC office requires guests to be registered. The form will be sent after the booking is confirmed.
2. Parking for 5 cars.
3. Registration includes access to the Trash Compactor.
4. Renters have to buy access passes for amenities. They can be purchased at the POC office for $10/per day/per person. Amenity passes may not be available on certain dates, or due to weather conditions.

You will have access to the entire house except the garage. 5 cars parking space on the driveway.

You will have access to all community amenities and must show a guest pass to access them. Access is restricted on some major holidays. Rest of the days, There is an $10** per person, per day fee for access to community amenities.

**Kindly note, the amenities may close due to inclement weather. The charges for amenities are governed by the management office and may change.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Move furniture to its original location
Place all the remotes in their original location
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Turn down the heat to 50F, and Turn off the AC, Lights and Fans when not in use.
Conserve water, This is a mountain community and water is a precious resource.

Great last minute trip! The host was very helpful in letting us know about all the amenities as well as what is available in the house. The home was spacious with plenty of room for all of us. It was clean and cared for. They added a pool table which was a huge hit. The fire pit was perfect for night time s'more's and relaxing outdoors. We can’t wait to go back!!

Family Weekend at Cozy Chalet in the Woods

The house was as pretty in person as it looked online! It was super cozy and had a warm inviting feel to it. The owner was very accommodating and responded quickly to my inquiries. We look forward to renting this house again in the summer to enjoy the patio and outdoor seating.

Masthope vacation

We had a wonderful time during our stay in Masthope. Swapi was a great host and the house was just as nice as the listing and photos showed. Swapi was very responsive to questions and got back to me very quickly. Would definitely rent from him again.

Fantastic retreat!

The house was beautiful, impeccably kept. Could not ask for a better amenities. Enjoyed family time around the fire pit, the community amenities, and we all agreed by far the most luxurious, comfortable beds! Just like home. Kitchen was stocked with dishes and silverware for our large crowd. Ample towels and extra lap blankets for cool summer nights. A must stay and will definitely return.

Perfect Ladies Weekend

We are a big group of women who have been friends for 20+ years and this is our FIFTH annual trip! The house was perfect for our group. Everyone had their own bed and many had their own room. We had plenty of starter items and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook for a group of 7! The community amenities are great, too! The host was very responsive to questions and accommodating.

Bachelorette Party Weekend

We reserved this space to celebrate my Best Friends Bachelorette Party. The house and amenities were spot on. The space was large enough for house 6 women + more comfortably. I do appreciate the thoroughness of the contact. Communicative all the way until the end. I would just say don't tell me how to rate my stay. Great Location, House, and Host!

We are three generations of men spending the weekend together to eat, drink, burn wood, and blow off some steam. This house was spacious and clean, with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is complete with cookware, plates, cups, and utensils. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the showers were hot and powerful. There were several places to gather outside and more than enough chairs! There is even a shelter to hang out during a rain storm. The location is undoubtedly rural, with space between houses, many trees, and daily deer visits. Bring what you need if you don't want to waste time driving for supplies. The Host (Swapi) was highly responsive during our stay and checked in as needed. This was the best VRBO I've experienced so far, and we are already planning another trip next year! Thanks

Family Trip

This trip was amazing, from the host to the home. Swapi was a fantastic host. The house was clean and beautiful inside and outside. The house had some issues before arriving but he made sure everything was fixed and ready for our family. He made sure he communicated every step of the way. He went the extra mile and made sure we had access to the pool and drove 3 hours on Saturday to meet up with me. He and his family were amazing. We also informed him their were leaves in the backyard and he came with his leaf blower to clean it up. We were impressed with his kindness and professionalism when it came to any issues. We would definitely stay here again. Planning to go for some skiing. Thank you Swapi!!!!!!
