Built into the hillside of the villa resort "Terrasses de Windsor", Villa Mandelieu with its private garden terrasse offers a unique sea view from the Esterel over the Îles de Lérins into the bay of Cannes. You are invited to discover all shades of blue from the Côte d'Azur sea while sunbathing, doing nothing or having a copious meals. Enjoy the silence while your children are in the pool of the resort only a 100 meters from the house.

Make yourself at home on two floors typical furnished: The large living area with open kitchen, sun terrace, garden, barbecue corner are downstairs. While you find the master bedroom, the childrens room/bureau, bathroom and entrance upstairs.

Your car is safely parked in the private garage of the Villa Mandelieu and a refreshing dip in the villa resort pool is only 100 metres from the house. Enjoy as well the security of a closed villa resort with its own portal.

Important to know! The hillside location of Villa Mandelieu offers a special view but is also the reason why you need a car on site.

With the proximity to the A8 "La Provencale", this must becomes a holiday highlight. The most beautiful destinations of the Côte d'Azur - Antibes (24 min.), Nice (33 min.), Saint Paul de Vence (36 min.), Monaco-Monte Carlo (52 min.), St. Tropez (60 min.) or Marseille (1 hr. 46) - are only a stone's throw away. Famous Cannes can be reached "Bord de Mer" in 15 minutes.

Good news for sun worshippers, the Plage Cannes la Bocca, 8.7 km long, is only 8 minutes away by car. A beautiful bay with a view of the Îles de Lérins, clear water and good parking. Very picturesque, surrounded by the Estérel rocks, are the beaches of Théoule - also in the neighbourhood.

Mandelieu with its old town, fortress, harbour and beach is only 8 minutes away by car and well worth a visit. Take a beach walk along the fortress, beaches and rocks to the marina "Port de la Rague".

For shopping, dining or sunbathing, head to fashionable Cannes and enjoy the "Bord de Mer" cruise.

A Géant Casino supermarket is only 2 km away. Here you can get everything from sole to beach loungers, the fish counter is a revelation. For fresh "baguette" every morning, you'll find a small bakery just down the hill in the Centre Commercial. There are also two restaurants, a pizzeria and an Asian.

Two of the most beautiful golf courses in the area the "Old Course" and the "Riviera Golf de Barbossi" are also 10 minutes away.
