The Riverbend House
Spacious ranch style home with large eat-in kitchen/island with open concept to the dining area and living room. Large screen, LCD Smart TV in the living room is hung on a pivoting bracket so favorite shows can be viewed from the kitchen while cooking or dining area. Guests are all provided access to complimentary wireless high speed internet along with numerous streaming platforms and premium channels.
You can enjoy visiting with friends in the large back yard, lounge on the deck while barbecuing on the charcoal grill. Entire back yard is enclosed with a privacy fence.
This residence is equip with washer/dryer/detergent, ironing board/iron, cleaning supplies, towels, linens and paper products. For extended stays, weekend housekeeping is available upon request.
The home is cooled with central air conditioning, ceiling fans and has gas forced air heat for winter months.
Updated Kitchen is nicely stocked w/coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, cook ware, dishes, utensils, microwave, stove, dish washer, large side by side fridge plus more.
Queen size beds in all three bedrooms feature premium bedding w/ large LCD Roku TV in the master bedroom.
Bathrooms include shower/tub combinations towels and washcloths.

Restaurants, shopping and easy access to I-55 are all 3 miles away while companies like Nucor, Atlas Tube, Skyline, Majestic Steel plus more are all less than 5 miles from this home. Feeling lucky ?
