Warning: This property is very outdated and not worth the price. There is no ventilation in the bathroom; the furniture is heavily stained; the paint on the doors and walls is peeling; and the windows are dirty. There is construction directly across the building, with noise starting every day at 7 AM, including weekends. The property is located between two streets, which makes it extremely noisy at night due to cars and motorcycles. We were also regularly woken up by a garbage truck at 4 AM. Soundproofing is basically non-existent. Overall, the price does not match the quality of the stay.
