About this property

Enchanted escape, secluded in the Ozarks entire home with a private hot tub

Large 3 BR 2 B home with a fully functional office with a futon. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Nestled away on Hwy 90 it's close enough to get anywhere local without difficulty and far enough out to feel a separation from the chaos of city life.
Nana's Place Down Under's rooms are decorated in a way that represents some of Western Australia's key elements. Each room is stocked with a his and hers robe to use when stepping out to the hot tub.

The home is fully stocked with the basics. However, being that we are out in the country I have add many other amenities to help make your stay even better.

Whether you are a group of 8, a family of 5, or a party of 2 Nana's Place has your back.
Sit on the porch swing listening to the trickling water of our pond and waterfall we call, "The Fountain of Youth. Allow yourself to be serenaded by the cacophony of frogs and other outdoor sounds. If peace is what you seek you will find it here.
Please relax your mind and body in the private 6-man hot tub located just out the back door.
With the season changes we move from smores by the fire to simple roasted marshmallows and coco.
But, there is still time for swimming and horse-shoes or perhaps you want to learn or just practice your disc golf skills. Located on the property we have begun the creation a regulation disc golf course.
We got what you need.
There are many adventures awaiting you here and we are a pleasant drive from Walmart headquarters, Ruch Springs ATV and camp, Northwest Arkansas bike trails, Crystal Bridges, Roaring River, Branson, and Eureka
Springs and our very own Elk River.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Quirky and Quaint little house

We loved staying here! As the title shows, it was a quirky and quaint little home that felt inviting and warming. The house was cleaned thoroughly and there was everything from toothbrushes to food that was accessible and ready to use. The host was very accommodating and made sure we felt at home. My kids loved the added board games and we had a great time around the fire pit. We’ll definitely be back for another weekend getaway.

Wonderfully comfortable place in actual BFE

Greeted upon arrival by the gracious host, Kelly. The property is beautiful and comfortably decorated with soft linens , robes, and throws throughout. The outdoor spaces are bright and cheerful and very relaxing. Everything you could want or need is in the fully provisioned home. I felt like I was at my actual grandma's house. We celebrated our kid's birthday and the host graciously made strawberry shortcake, which melted my teen's heart. She was in heaven and happy. Thank you for a lovely experience.

About the host

Host profile image
I’ve lived in this very spot for over 25 years, and even now it still feels a bit like camping—in the best way. I love the outdoors, the peace that comes with it, and the sense of grounding it brings.

Caring for others is at the heart of who I am. I’m a registered nurse, and I’ve spent years studying human behavior on both a personal and broader level. That experience is incredibly useful when hosting—being able to read a room, sense what someone needs, and respond thoughtfully helps me create the kind of stay guests are truly looking for.

I believe smiles are healing, and laughter is often a cure for what ails us. My motto is simple: *“If I can, I will.”* There’s no such thing as a silly question—if you don’t ask, you’ll never know.

I genuinely enjoy hosting and helping people feel comfortable, cared for, and at home.

Why they chose this property

The area around Nana’s Place offers the perfect balance of quiet and convenience. We’re centrally located to many activities, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle to truly relax—while still being close enough to get there if you need to.
Simple fishing is just about a mile away, and canoeing is only minutes from the house. We’re approximately five minutes from Eureka Springs, thirty minutes from Roaring River State Park and the fish hatchery, about an hour and a half from Branson, and roughly fifteen minutes from Bentonville, Arkansas—home of Walmart’s corporate headquarters.
One of the things I love most about this area is the wildlife we share the property with. Evenings are especially special. Sitting on the veranda, you’ll hear the frogs sing their nightly serenade, along with many other sounds of the wild. It’s peaceful, grounding, and a beautiful reminder that nature is always close here.

What makes this property unique

Nana’s Place is warm and inviting, with a peaceful, calming vibe that makes it easy to relax and feel right at home from the moment you arrive. Comfort here isn’t an afterthought—it’s the foundation of everything we do.

I remember what it was like raising a family and not being able to afford vacations. I also remember the times we did get to do something special and wondering, *“Why am I doing this here when I could do it at home for free?”* Those memories matter, and we keep them in mind every step of the way.

That’s why Nana’s Place is about meaningful comfort and true hospitality—not unnecessary extras, but thoughtful care, genuine welcome, and a space that feels worth it simply because of how it makes you feel. It is our promise to do our part in helping you have the time of your life and to support you in achieving whatever you set out to do while you’re here.

We believe in bringing hospitality back to what it was meant to be. Your comfort begins the story—and now, you are part of ours.
