Cozy Cabin #23 - Sleeps 4 - Full kitchen + fireplace - between Boone & Blowing Rock NC

This rustic and cozy one level cabin is just a few steps away from our stocked fishing pond. This unit has one queen bed, a pull-out sofa sleeper, full kitchen, washer/dryer combo, and a gas log fireplace. Located on the lower level of the property, access in and out is easy and there is plenty of parking. The road loops around the pond and is a great place for an evening stroll. Pictures may not reflect exact unit booked, but will be similar. First night's rent + fees will be charged at booking. This charge is refunded upon 24 hours notice, but forfeited in the case of a no call / no show.

My wife and I stayed here as part of our 30 year anniversary trip. The people were super nice and the process was easy and straight forward. Having said that, it just wasnt what I was looking for. The only problems we had were the wifi didnt work and there was something weird like taffy on the bed spread. You can tell they have spent money on updates but they ended up with mismatched furniture and a sort of "patch work" look to the place. We only stayed 1 of the 2 nights we booked. The lady at the front desk offered to refund the 2nd night but as of today that hasn't happened.I would recommend this place to others, just be sure the rustic experience is what you want.
