- Kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, bar glasses. Appliances include dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave.
- Standard coffee maker,m, Toaster, Slow-cooker and blender.
- Living room with Roku TV with plenty of apps for your enjoyment

- Laundry room with washer and dryer and laundry supplies
- Additional air beds available upon request
- High chair, travel crib, baby bouncer, boppy, changing pad all available for your little one!

We provide a starter of supplies for both long and short stays (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, ect)

- Master bedroom with King size bed, Futon bed, desk with vanity mirror and attached bath with double sinks and walk-in closet. Bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths, shampoo and conditioner provided for your convenience. Master also has Roku TV.

- Bedroom 2 has a cozy queen size bed with large closet

- Bedroom 3 cozy queen, window seat with view of front yard and large closet

BACKYARD:

- has large covered patio with seating area, dining set, fire pit plunge pool and BBQ grill. We also have Ping-Pong, corn-hole and other games for your entertainment. New Stock Tank Pool! Only 2ft deep and 8ft around. The pool water is treated and there is a sand filter to keep the water clean and refreshing.

Short Weekend Getaway

Great 3 bed 2 bath house that was more then enough for my group. Everything was clean and as advertised. The owner was more then available for any questions I had. I would recommend this place for other parties as well.

Very little interaction with the host. I had to reach out to her for questions. Check in instructions were not clear, and I had to ask. It was not explained how to work the door lock key pad. Check in was at 4:00pm, we arrived at 6:00pm and the cleaning person was still there cleaning and preparing the home. The water took a long time to heat, particularly in the main bathroom.

The house was warm and welcoming. The rooms were nice size. The beds were comfortable but somewhat firm. It took about 20 minites to get to Fremont from location and the same for the strip. We rented an SUV. Neighborhood was nice with beautiful mountain view on one side. 6 minutes to Walgreens. There was construction next door which was a bit of a headache. We also had some trouble with key code because we had early entry but host resolved very quickly. No Keurig but nice coffee pot. Very few washcloths. Host ordered more large towels to use while there. Overall, great stay for family.
