About this property
Charming Spanish Style Home Near Downtown w/ Private Garden
This is a lovely home (cir 1930) in the historic Vendome neighborhood. This a beautiful safe neighborhood with native California gardens and individually designed homes. Neighbors are friendly and location is ideal. 5 min walk to Japantown, 20 min walk to Down Town (or 5 min drive), 10 min drive to San Jose state University (20 min walk). The house is charming and unique, decorated with heirloom furniture and offers a formal dinning room for entertaining as well as a piano. The kitchen is spacious and has any cooking equipment you may need. We love to cook and eat in the garden. There are lights strung up so you may enjoy your time out doors in the evenings and a BBQ for grilling.
