Horrable experience

This was our first trip with the whole family, but the inexperienced staff wasted a lot of time starting from check-in, and since it was a family trip, we told the manager the name of the person who would check in first, but they said there was no note and we couldn't check in for about an hour. And I asked in advance to be given a room as close as possible, but we were assigned to the exact opposite location, so we didn't have much time together. Only things we heard from the front desk were mean and insenstive employees saying he didn't find the memo. Such worst experience ever !!!!!!
