You'll enter our cozy cottage through the Sunroom at the front of our home. Here you'll find ample seating and gorgeous paned windows overlooking the yard.



Head through the door to enter into our open-concept kitchen, dining and living room area. Straight ahead you'll see our four-top dining table, perfect for enjoying a meal or a game with the crew.



To the right, you'll see our kitchen, which is fully stocked with state-of-the-art amenities including a drip coffee maker, high-end appliances and plenty of built-in storage. In the center of the space, you'll see our vintage-style, granite island. To the left of the kitchen, you'll see our living room. This space has a couch, two lounge chairs, a gas fireplace and a 50-inch Samsung Smart TV. In the hallway cabinet you'll find boardgames like Monopoly, Yahtzee, Uno and cards.



At the end of a long day, choose from one of our two luxury bedrooms:

(1) Our primary bedroom has a King-size bed, dresser, large walk-in closet, 35-inch Roku Smart TV, en suite bathroom and door leading to the Sunroom.

(2) Our second bedroom has two Twin-size beds, a closet and an attached bathroom.



Head outside to enjoy our large private patio - aka our favorite 'room' in the cottage! Here, you'll find a six-top dining table, a lounge area and stunning views of the Ozark Mountains and the lake.



To access Beaver Lake, all you have to do is make the short, easy walk off the backyard!



If you're looking to experience NWA with a bigger crew, make sure to check out Shoreline Serenity! These two homes sit on the same property and share outdoor amenities and lake access, making it perfect for a big group.



Guest Access:

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.



Other Things to Note:

★ Not pet-friendly.

★ Once at the property, the nearest boat ramp is at Hickory Creek Park Boat Ramp (6 mi.), the nearest gas station and grocery store is Hometown Country Store (9 mi.), the nearest restaurant is Johnson's Hickory Creek Diner (5 mi), and the nearest liquor store is Fiesta Liquors (7.5 mi).

★ The dock is not available for guests. This is strictly enforced.

★ Water levels are subject to change at any time due to environmental factors outside of the host’s control which may impact the accessibility and appearance of the lake. Cancellations due to water levels will not be honored outside of the cancellation policy. Guests are solely responsible for preparing for their stays accordingly by checking water levels ahead of their stays.



House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.

- This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
