Kamaole Beach Royale is centrally located in the beach-town of Kihei in South Maui, across the street from Kamaole Beach Park I and just moments from shops. With private pool and lush tropical landscaping. The huge rooftop pavilion includes gas grills, picnic tables and traditional seating and has spectacular views of the ocean. Enjoy a book, a freshly grilled burger and don’t miss breathtaking sunsets from this hidden treasure on property. Numerous favorite Shops, restaurants, and beaches are all within a block or 2 and include Café La Plage, Coconuts Fish, That’s a Wrap, Café O’lei Auntie Snorkel & Beach Activities and Hawaiian Moons Natural Foods Market. Just a short drive to famous Wailea golf courses and additional Wailea & Makena beaches.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

Beautiful Kihei stay!

Such a lovely, comfortable, well-kept property right across from a beautiful beach. Great restaurants and beach/snorkel equipment rental just a few steps away. Would absolutely stay here again.

This is our second stay at this condo! It's like our home away from home! It's clean, comfortable and the view is spectacular! The split AC is so great! Everything you need is within walking distance (we used Uber to and from the airport) - .beach, shopping and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Location

Our stay was very easy to set up. The unit is in an amazing location and is very walkable to some of the best beaches, and to get food and simple groceries. The unit was also clean and nicely furnished. Overall, this was a great stay!

Wonderful Stay

Had a wonderful time at this Condo. Beautiful mornings, and great sunsets. Very clean and very comfortable to stay. Listing agents were also awesome. We had a problem with the water heater as it decide to die on us. Agents then asked if we would want to stay at other location they had. We declined as we love this area very much. They also scheduled the new water heater the day we left to accommodate us so we could enjoy our stay. Awesome time and an awesome stay!

Overall Great Property and Location

This was a very nice place to stay for the 8 days we were there. The location is close to all sorts of food, drink, and shopping, and right across the street from a very nice beach. The place is a bit older and could use some updates (like in the shower and around the bathroom) but overall quite comfortable. Also it took a bit to get ahold of the property manager when we had a flight cancellation on Saturday and wanted to extend our stay. Due to "carpet cleaning scheduled" we couldn't extend but no other offerings were given by the Coldwell property manager. However, we would not hesitate to rebook with this Verbo property again.

2-1/2 weeks in Paradise

The condo was clean and comfortable and the view from the private balcony was terrific. We liked having 5 restaurants just across the side street, a few more restaurants and a grocery store only a few blocks both directions and a larger grocery store only a mile away on the main street. Having a nice beach right across the street was great. The 6-gidget door code we got the day before we got there did work and we did get a call back real fast about it when we were trying to get in at 9:00pm, but the 4-didgit code we got originally did work. The sink garbage disposal never did work, and we never got an answer to our text about that.But in general, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Perfect for our needs

Worked great for us. Just myself and my kiddo (7) for Spring Break. It was walkable to everything we needed, lots of takeout/deli style food and the beach. Had a lot of things that were useful, beach chairs, ice packs, coolers, zip locks and foil, plenty of towels for 2. Only things we had to rent were an umbrella and snorkel gear (there were 2 places within a 5 min walk). The pool was nice for when the beach got windy. Place isn’t the newest and fanciest but it definitely wasclean enough and Suited our purposes. The building was pretty strict on being a quiet group. The only downside was the beautiful Lenai (the view!) houses the AC Unit so it got pretty warm if you were running the AC To sit out there. But that was it. Otherwise it was just what we needed. We would highly recommend.
