Esaul was very responsive and helpful! Space was very clean and had everything you need to cook and store small simple meals and some fruits/snacks. Some noise here n there from the neighbors’ children, but never at times that interrupted our sleep.

The host was very communicative and instructions to access studio were accurate. Also he was nice enough to check me in early due to my long trip.I took two stars because the ceiling was leaking water inside studio while it was raining and the bathtub drain was draining very slow. Other than that, everything else was good.

Good Choice Budget friendly Studio

This budget friendly Studio has the basic essentials for a comfortable vacation stay. The double bed is exceptionally comfortable for a good nights sleep. A nice neighbourhood. Great AC unit and stovetop cooking nook.

Es importante decir también que solicito hacer check in temprano en la mañana y se dejo que lo hiciera , también debe decir que usted llamó a atención al cliente diciendo que no había electricidad en el apartamento y cuando se vio en las cámaras de seguridad la cual funcionan con electricidad en la misma había y usted mintió además tengo fotos de que dañaron las sábanas con un tinte lo cual tengo fotos y dejaron el apartamento en pésimas condiciones , de hecho llamaron pidiendo que se les cambiara para otro lugar y al VRBO darse cuenta que estaban mintiendo se lo negaron

No blanket, no bathroom soap, squeaky bed

Squeaky bed no soap in the bathroom just in the shower the shower head barely could barely wash your hair no coffee pot no blanket but for a hundred bucks I could have stayed at a hotel and had it all I was not impressed

Good Budget Choice Studio

We (2 adults) stayed at this Studio for 6 nights in total; 3 nights at the beginning of our vacation before going to the west side of the island to explore Aguadilla. Then, we returned for 3 more nights before going to the airport again. The property is well located in a nice neighborhood and about 15 minutes drive to the airport (SJU). It is a clean Studio and we did not see any sign of crawling insects in or near the Studio. The AC unit, stovetop, microwave and fridge are a real bonus. The shower does have hot water at a reduced flow. The double bed is very comfortable for a good nights sleep. Compared to the much higher prices of other stays nearby, we would recommend this budget-friendly Studio for the comfort and affordability it offers.
