This is a great place for a quiet and relaxing stay. Fishing was satisfying. I read all the reviews and ignored one that didn't corellate with the stars and what was stated. I was right. A great stay was had by us. Thank you Tom and Janine.
The cabin offered everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were welcoming and friendly while offering all the privacy I could hope for. I plan to stay there again if the timing and my schedule allow it.
Great view of lake. Fishing was great. Weather was decent but a little windy. Didn’t keep us from catching fish:). Cabin was the nicest we’ve stayed at in NE Minnesota for the money. Highly recommend if u want peace and quiet and good fishing. Owners were awesome and helpful in anything u needed.

My husband and I live next door to the cabin. We moved to the area from Chicago in 2013. I enjoy canoeing, hiking, camping, fishing, snowshoeing, and cross country skiing. I enjoy hosting because it gives me a chance to meet new people who enjoy the outdoors.
