Wake up ON the lake aboard Sleuth!

Welcome to Sleuth! This houseboat has tons of charm. Wake up to the sounds of the lake and go to bed watching the amazing sunset.

Inside you will find a queen size bedroom, kitchen area with fridge/microwave and kcup coffee maker. The front living area has a futon that can double as additional sleeping area.

The outdoor space of this boat is great! The large front deck has comfy chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon snooze. The upper deck has chairs perfect to stretch out in the sun or cuddle up and enjoy the evening sunset.

You will love being able to walk to the beach and having Downtown Port Clinton activities within minutes. Restaurants, bars, live music, festivals, farmers markets, art shows and more! If you have a boat/jet skis/kayak this is the paradise for you. Please let us know if you would like to bring it, we have dock spaces available. There is access to Lake Erie and the Portage River directly from the marina. The Sandusky Bay is only a few minutes’ drive, as well as Cedar Point. The Jet Express is a couple minutes down the road, and you can be to Put N Bay or Kelley’s Island quickly!

Enjoyed the atmosphere

The Sleyth is der and could use some updates. The air conditioning was not suficient for the heat of the day. It did not circulate well enough to keep the entire boat cool. The shower house was great and we enjoyed the stay.

This place was fun ! Are the houseboats older ..Yes ... Do you have to walk 50 ft to shower..Yes .. But what a great house! Loved it !! The property manager Brandy was the absolute best !! It isn't a luxury 5 star hotel but it was so fun ! Highly recommend !

You'll love The Sleuth

Josh and Michelle went out of their way to communicate promptly with us both prior to our getaway and during our stay. The location of the property was excellent and the property was safe and clean. Only because of the age of the houseboat there were areas that were a bit worn but nothing of concern. It's evident that they have updated with great amenities, furniture, mattress (very comfortable) linens and high end soaps etc. The shower/bath facility was convenient and spotless. Restaurants in Port Clinton were great, lovely port city with a great downtown and access to ferry exceptional. We had a relaxing getaway and would recommend staying with Michelle and Josh as your hosts. I believe they have other houseboats and working on new additions to their fleet but don't hesitate with The Sleuth. End of the pier so great view and felt private. They certainly made us feel at home.
