There is free parking on driveway and on the street. Parking is NOT allowed on the grass anywhere. 3 standard car capacity on the driveway.
Smoking or vaping is not allowed on this property at all. This applies to all guests on the entire interior and exterior of the property.
Please do NOT use our white towels for makeup removal. You will be charged $5 per towel if you do. Makeup towels are provided or bring your own.

Water sports, boating, fishing, scalloping etc.

Why they chose this property

The San Jose area of Jacksonville is full of character with solid brick and block homes built in the 60's in various communities. Betty's Place has been in our family since it was built and we enjoyed bringing it new life with a modern update that still values the original comfort and charm of a home well lived.

What makes this property unique

Original refinished oak wood flooring, a modern kitchen, indoor laundry. Open common spaces give the house a fresh inviting look and dimmable lighting lets you choose your mood. A sun room overlooks the large back yard and opens up to a patio to enjoy the Florida sun under an umbrella with a cold drink in hand. We love this house and think you will too.
