Very easy check-in and clear instructions. The home was very tastefully decorated. The only thing that stopped me from rating this as excellent was not of any fault of the VROB-- it was simply needing to share the single bathroom with multiple rooms. :)

Great place to stay, we were lucky and no one else rented a room in the house so it felt like you had the place to yourself. Nice bathroom, adorable house, tv, fridge and coffee maker in the rooms. Owner was fast to answer questions and respond to us. Would stay here again.

Lovely room, great property.

We were in town for a wedding- perfect place to stay if you don’t mind other people! The property is so cute. Lots of lighting bugs at night, and a nice little garden.

Beautiful house with cozy, well decorated rooms. Very quaint. The kitchen looked great, but we didn’t use it. Sharing a bathroom was never a problem and never had to wait. Dawn was very nice and communicative. The hot tub was an added bonus which we enjoyed very much!

Some drama with check on as vrbo did not tell us our room name and we could not identify our parking space, the location is great but there was no space to hang clothes in the closet….sharing a bathroom wasn’t ideal but was ok….but where do you leave your wet towels?

We had so much fun staying here! The house was beautiful, it’s close to LBI, the bed was very comfortable, and Dawn was amazing! She is such a kind person and made sure we had everything we needed. She even brought us fresh produce from her garden! We had a wonderful time! Thank you for everything!
