Located on the ground floor of a two-story home, this apartment offers complete privacy with its own entrance. Inside, you`ll find 2 spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room – everything you need to feel right at home. The fenced backyard, shaded by mature trees, gives you the perfect setting to enjoy authentic Guyanese living.

Nature enthusiasts will love the abundance of local wildlife. With over 784 species of birds in Guyana, keep your camera ready as you might spot toucans, cranes, wild ducks, and more right from your doorstep.
Please note that a utility fee for electricity will be charged for all stays, averaging $5 USD per night.
Public transportation is easily accessible a short distance from the front door of this property. There are also many taxi options. For those that will consider renting a car, we have a FREE parking space available at the property for use.

5. Do Not Use The Premises For Any illegal Activity
6. Guests Should Dispose Of The Garbage In The Trash Can provided and take to the receptable outside when the cans are full. DO NOT leave open food in the home as this will attract pests. Neighborhood trash pick up is weekly on Tuesdays; kindly have all trash from the apartment in the outside receptable ontime for pick up.
7. No Exception To Check-In and Check-Out Times Unless Discussed With The Host In Advance
