Pretty accurate listing and Morgan was extremely responsive. Plenty of supplies and towels. Beds were very comfortable and living space was great. We love Ana Maria, thanks for a nice stay.

Excellent first visit

Our first trip to Anna Maria did not disappoint. This condo was right in the middle of the island. We rented a golf cart so it was perfect spot between Anna Maria and Bradenton Beach. The view from unit was amazing. Morgan was so helpful and was prompt in responding to any messages I sent. Well stocked unit. Beds were extremely comfortable. Having beach equipment was a huge plus for us. Looking forward to our next visit!

Great location!

Condo is in a great location. Close to groceries and shopping center. Gorgeous view from the balcony. Beds are very comfortable. Lots of room in living room for the baby to play. Other than a few minor things noted below, we had a great stay!Some of the kitchen cabinets are falling apart. Some mold noted in master bath baseboard by tub. No elevator.

Very spacious and beautiful condo with beach and pool view. Especially lovely balcony with table and chairs for a meal or just morning coffee. Kitchen was very well equipped and bathrooms had plenty of towels. Beds were comparable to the best hotel. Beach towels were huge! Lots of beach equipment, chairs, wagon, umbrella etc available. Beach was perfect, not crowded and couldn’t have been easier to access, just steps away. Pool was heated and lounge chairs plentiful. We hope to come back here and loved this first time visit to Anna Maria Island.

Morgan spent her childhood vacationing near Anna Maria Island. When her father decided to move to Bradenton in 2018, purchasing a vacation rental became an easy decision. Morgan’s husband and kids quickly fell in love with the beautiful beach, great restaurants, water activities, shops, mini golf and Bridge Street. In 2018, Morgan used a “big” rental company to manager her first condo on the island. Bookings were slow, which was a shock because of the professionally decorated condo and how much fun the Henderson family was having at their “slice of paradise”. The rental company slashed prices and still couldn’t get renters. Morgan got frustrated enough she decided to learn the short-term rental market and took over managing her own condo in early 2019. What a life changing decision! Bookings were coming in like crazy, guests were having amazing trips, making memories, referring friends, and booking their next vacation with Morgan! In 2020, Morgan met several other owners who were frustrated with management companies. Some owners she helped guide to manage their own rentals and some became Morgan’s first clients. Yes, that’s right….what started out as something out of necessity was becoming one of Morgan’s favorite things to do…….help families have amazing vacations on Anna Maria Island! From finding the right place to stay to recommendations on food or activities Morgan is just a phone call or text away!
