This is the type of guest you would love to have renting your place. He took extra good care of my property, went above and beyond to ensure that the place was neat and clean after checking out. He also fixed my shower because the water wasn't getting hot, his communication is on point. I would go as far as saying best guest I've ever had, he's welcome back any time.

Great value for the money

Our family stayed here because we moved our son to moncks corner. It’s a perfect little spot. Tvs in every room nice appliances and we like the seat in the shower!

Very Nice

It was a nice, cozy, comfortable place to stay while visiting my niece and her kids who live near and don't have room for visitors at her house. My husband was able to fish close by. We would stay here again on our next visit.

Wedding stay

Very clean and spacious home. The beds are comfy and the house feels much bigger inside than it looks when you pull in. It is nice and updated. Reggie was also the dj at the wedding we were in town for and killed it!

We were doing a race at Jericho Horse trail and enjoyed our stay at Cozy little nook. Home was very clean. The bedding and towels smelled wonderful, nothing better than getting into a cozy clean bed after running in the humidity. Reggie was very prompt at answering my texts. The only thing I’d say needed was a small grill outside-because there’s a huge beautiful backyard that you could enjoy. We’ll definitely book with Reggie again:))

Excellent stay

My husband and two sons come to this area a couple times a year to fish. This is the first time they have rented a home from an individual owner. The home was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Quiet area and nice neighbors. Reggie is a wonderful host. He responded to questions almost immediately. It is obvious that he cares about his customers and wants them to have a great place to stay. My family will be back thanks to him! If you need a great place to stay in this area, you will not be disappointed with this one.

I'm now retired and basically just enjoying life, I'm also a dj who loves playing music, I do lots of wedding and corporate events very little club scenes. By being a host of my properties gives me a chance to occasionally meet new people along with building my business.
