7 Spruce Lodge is a welcome retreat with privacy and breathtaking views from every room. Our home is a rare-find amongst the vineyard-lined hills of Seneca Lake. It's a 5000+ sq. ft. custom built, timber frame home, which was completed in 2019, with 300+ feet of private lake frontage. This spacious home is surrounded by 4 acres of secluded woods, in the heart of the Finger Lakes, giving large families all the privacy one could desire, while still being just minutes from the Seneca Lake wine trail and the quaint village of Watkins Glen (Ranked 3rd in USA Today's "10 Best Small Towns for Adventure").

The home comfortably sleeps up to 20 guests between the 6 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms, with all linens for both bedrooms & bathrooms provided. Delight in the comforts of an Eco-friendly home with heating and cooling throughout. Easily gather together either outside or within this open-concept designed home. Our living room showcases cathedral ceilings and an expansive, stone, wood-burning fireplace.

There are 2 separate masters with full bathrooms ensuite which are furnished with king-sized beds. There are 2 additional King guest suites with adjacent full bathrooms. Another bedroom provides 2 queen-sized beds with an adjacent full bathroom. Then the last bedroom, is a large bunk room (nearly 500 sq. ft) located above the 3-bay garage that features 4 full-sized beds, and 1 queen-sized futon that's ideal for the younger members of your group.

7 Spruce Lodge is the perfect getaway for those that love to cook, as this home comes equipped with a chef's custom kitchen featuring marble countertops and Viking & KitchenAid appliances, including a 6-burner high output gas stovetop, double 30-inch convection ovens, a 48-inch refrigerator, and under-counter beverage center. The kitchen includes all flatware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, silverware, and glassware. The outdoor cooking enthusiasts in your group will enjoy the brand new 2023 Weber Genesis gas grill on the upper deck and the wood/ charcoal fired smoker on the lower terrace.

The Lodge itself has 5000 square feet of finished interior living space with ample seating, a large flat lakeside yard, and 2500 sq. ft. of outdoor entertainment space, leaving plenty of room for large groups to sprawl out and enjoy the breathtaking views of Seneca Lake. The exterior decks also offer plenty of seating, space to sunbathe, and includes a 6-person hot tub, large hammock, wood-burning fire pit, and gas-fueled, fire stone table.

Guests of 7 Spruce Lodge can also make the most of being right on the lake with provided amenities for water activities, including kayaks and fishing poles. There is also a boat lift for over-night docking should your group rent a motor boat while staying here. For those bringing a boat, there are multiple local boat launches nearby.
