After booking and paying in full, the owner messaged us a day or 2 after and said the property needed some work and it may not be finished. After contacting multiple times for 2 days, they finally messaged back and said they couldn’t find anywhere else for us. Still waiting for a refund.

Home is nice but needs refreshing

First we were not contacted by the management company. Then it took forever to hear back and get the checkin information. We then were not able to get in at the checkin time. Once in it was not as it showed, but a little paint and some patching will fix it. The next day, we met the actual owner. He made us feel better as he was not happy either. I will rent from him again as he said he would make it right.

Buyer Beware

The property owner cancelled on my less then 48 hrs out through VRBO chat. He won’t refund the money and VRBO is still investigating and it’s been over 9 days and no refund yet. Buyer doesn’t respond to messages or phone calls. Scam
