The room was just what we needed for the 4th of July weekend. The beds were comfortable and the view from the balcony was great. There was enough room for our babies pack n play by the bed. There was a box fan which was a nice surprise. There were lots of beach things, a wagon, lots of chairs, a couple beach umbrellas, pool noodles and towels. The pool was clean. Only one parking spot, but plenty of paid parking nearby (4 an hour). It was an easy walk to John's pass and lots of good food nearby! Eat at Lisa's for brunch, SO good! And Fruit Float is amazing for breakfast and lunch also. They have boats that pull up to the shore with coconuts and they have a store front with a great menu and souvenirs nearby.

We had a great time. The apartment was everything we needed for a family of 4. My only complaint if you can even call it that- some reusable plastic cups! I was scared to death my 4 year old was going to break the glass tables with his glass cup.

This was a great place to stay! Easy check-in and excellent location! Everything was just as described. We loved the easy access to the beach and the shops and restaurants at John’s Pass. Also…we enjoyed playing the provided games at night and the beach chairs and towels were greatly appreciated during our beach days! We only needed to contact iTrip once about how to start the dishwasher and they were quick to respond and solve our problem. Great stay!

Thanksgiving holiday

Short stay that went well; the condo was more than roomy with a very good view. Chirping smoke alarm in Resort was annoying but bearable. Good place to stay and great location.

We really had a great time !!!

Hey we noticed some new updates around the condo this year, and we really enjoyed the new Keurig, the new towels, new bedroom furniture and bigger TV, as well as the new decorations !!! We had a treat time, and we look forward to rebooking for next year. The weather was perfect, and the proximity to the Beach and to restaurants/bar is great, as we love walking everywhere !!!! Thanks again for having us. The staff, Liz, Charlie, etc are always super great if we need something, or have a question. I do miss the app a lot, I can't find it on Google Play any more now that I had to get a new phone.......

Location was perfect for the wedding we attended. Great balcony view of the inter coastal. Walking distance from John’s Pass. The beach is across the street. Loved the decor. Plenty of parking. Manager super friendly and responds quickly to questions.
