We at Samoan Highland Hideaway appreciate all constructive feedback. Subsequently we have implemented the following actions and hopefully these will further enhance our future Guest's stays' with us: 1) We endeavour to highly respect our Guest's privacy so we will minimize our close proximity nighttime presence and security patrols to be more respectful and aloof. However, without compromising our care and responsiveness to to our Guest's needs; especially in the cases of illness, power & water outages and inclement weather. 2) Lawn cutting, and equipment usage, of course is quite noisy:- we will limit and adjust scheduling of these activities as much as practical so as to respect our Guest's privacy. Also we have requested and received the cooperation of our adjacent neighbouring folk. 3).We do not have any dogs of our own since they are quite noisy and cause some nuisance to some of our Guests. Neighbour's untrained canines gravitate to our property when we have Guests however they cause undue clean-up work so we are implementing measures to reduce this invasive problem. 4) Our property is very secure and private and gate open/closure procedures and hours are a part of our policies. We will be much clearer in the future in conveying these to our valued Guests. Especially in advising them to take their house and gate keys with them at all times and to immediately phone either of our 2 cell numbers in adverse circumstances.
