The guest booked my Golden Home In March I was not notified of the booking . But unfortunately i had another booking with another site for the same dates Mr David booked. Might i had of known i would reached out and explained to him the home was already booked . I tried speaking with him but he did not want to hear anything i had to say ,very rude and very upset which i would have been also but i never got the booking notification from vbro due to a glitch in the system. I agreed to let him come stay the night but guest were coming the next day since it was late . I even scheduled to pay my cleaner extra to come and do a turn around but he still wasnt having it . So he canceled. He never stayed at the home to give it a review and a 1 🌟 at that . I apologize repeatedly but he still refused to be kind even after i refunded him the full amount plus any fees and taxes.
