Beautiful 3-Bedroom Condo Facing the Ocean!

Margate Tower is a direct ocean facing condo with over 3,000 sq ft of space. This gorgeous 3 bedroom 3 bath condo is located on the 6th floor, with a spectacular view of the ocean from the balcony. Margate has only 9 units per floor, with carpeted, interior corridors, resembling the finest hotels , and features the best of the best in decor and design. The 145-acre resort, features lakes, with tropical plantings throughout.

Upon entering the double doors to this magnificent condo, you find a gourmet kitchen, with a large granite breakfast bar with seating for 4 + dining table for 6. It is a fully equipped for cooking & dining in, with an abundance of dinner ware, wine glasses, and cook ware. A wine cave, is a nice addition for your beverages, and there are all hi-line, full sized appliances, throughout, including trash compactor.

Living room has a leather sectional and a flat screen TV in the entertainment unit, ( 5 flat screen TV's total in condo). A separate laundry room with access from the hallway, acts as a 'sand' room off the main living area of the condo. Custom shutters let in the sunlight and an ocean view from every room.

Beautifully furnished, Master Br 1 has 1 King pillow-topped (sleigh) bed, with flat screen TV and DVD player. The huge master bath adjoins with jetted tub, double granite sink, separate over-sized shower.

The 2nd BR has 1 King 4 poster bed, flat screen TV; Full bath with huge tub, shower, and granite counters.

The 3rd BR has 1 Queen pillow-topped bed, flat screen TV and great furnishings as well. Full bathroom has shower (without tub).

The den adds more seating with a sleeper sofa, and a flat screen TV. It creates another room for watching movies, while the adults use the living room.

The outdoor balcony offers sweeping view of the beach and ocean and is furnished with a hi-top table and 4 chairs, as well as 4 additional chairs and end table.

You will create magical memories here at Margate, and we know you'll enjoy our condo as much as we do.

You are located mid-point between North Myrtle Beach & Myrtle Beach proper, giving you many venues for entertainment such as Broadway at the Beach. WonderWorks, the upside down house, Zip line, are only a few new attractions; Ripley's Aquarium is a favorite and Broadway has over 150 shops, restaurants, and attractions for all ages.

Barefoot Landing is only 15 minutes North of Margate, and you may enjoy many evenings strolling through the shops, and restaurants, feeding the fish & ducks, and then to the Alabama Theatre for the best live entertainment at the beach.

Wonderful vacation

The property is wonderful with an outstanding beach front view. The accommodations are extremely comfortable and well maintained. The location is close to all activities and dining options. We loved the beach chairs and umbrella that are reserved each morning for us on the beach.

This was the best experience we've had staying at Margate. The unit was amazing! It's basically a 4 bedroom unit. The patio is huge and provides an awesome view of the apache pier. The owners are extremely quick to respond and easy to work with. I will come back for sure!

Loved the Balcony

Amazing property

We've stayed in this condo almost every year since 2014 and it has always been a pleasure to rent. It is a very roomy unit with comfortable furniture, a fully stocked kitchen, and lots of extras. There is even an assortment of beach/pool toys. The master bedroom closet is large enough to use as a nursery, if you rent a crib. The den is a nice extra that can also be used as a 4th bedroom. It has a spacious balcony with a nice view of the ocean and Apache pier.Margate is a lovely, gated property with multiple pools and easy access to the beach.

Great trip

Condo had everything we might need. One issue, the toilet in the middle bathroom needs a new flapper. It doesn't seal so it refills frequently. Love the place, thank you for the stay.

Very nice, clean & updated.

I would definitely stay in this condo again. It is by far the nicest I have ever rented. It is clean & everything in it has been updated. The owners were very easy to deal with. I don’t have anything negative to say about it.

Wonderful experience

My family enjoyed this beautiful, well- furnished condo for our vacation in June 2022. The owner has supplied many perks that others do not. ( plush towels and face cloths, tons of pots and pans and dishes). The unit was emasculate and so comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!

Great Experience

We have stayed at the Margate before and it once again proved to be top flight.... The owners were very easy to deal with, and they even called the morning after our arrival to ensure everything was going well... This was the first time I had rented through the VRBO process and was very pleased with the results and how easy the entire process unfolded...... Would HIGHLY recommend this property!!! Immaculate condo

This condo is beautiful, spacious, and clean. The kitchen is very well equipped. There are plenty of beach chairs and boogie boards. The furnishings were in great condition and comfy, with the exception of the mattress in the pull out couch( it was lumpy, as they are). I would recommend this unit to everyone, and I would love to stay there again.

Fantastic Vacation

By writing this review I understand my family risks making it more difficult to rent this Condo in the future however and simply stated, Wow, Amazing and Awesome are just a few of the words my family used to describe this year's family vacation. It started and ended with the Condo. A wonderfully laid out unit that provided plenty of room for 7 adults and a one year old. The wrap-around porch was tremendous providing wonderful views and cool beach breezes. The owners provided virtually everything except the food we consumed. The property amenities were excellent. Since my wife and I enjoy reading and relaxing while at the beach, the inclusion of the beach chairs and umbrella (in the price) was an additional plus available with this condo. The owners were great to work with and have created a wonderful environment for a family to gather and vacation together.

Our new fav at Kingston

We have been staying at Margate for the last 13 years, each time in different units, and this is our new favorite. The property owner is fantastic! Always quick to respond & so so easy to talk to. The unit is spectacular from cleanliness, to the decor & well stocked with everything you need. Given COVID, we knew we wouldn’t be going out much but also needed somewhere that had enough for our college boy & his friends to do. With the outlets just down the street, the Apache pier for fishing music & food right outside our balcony, Tiki bar by the Embassy, Ocean Annies just down the beach, we rarely had to leave the resort. We honestly spent most of our time on the beach or on the spacious balcony. Looking forward to staying here again! Thank you so much for everything! Angie

Loved, loved this place!

If you are looking for something that is spacious, clean and quiet this is it! It has 3 bedrooms, 2 that are masters with there own bathroom. Then the third has a queen with separate bathroom. It has a den that has a pull out bed with a closet and TV, so mainly a 4th bedroom, that's at least how we used it. It has a wrap around balcony. The balcony has spacious seating. We enjoyed the pools and jacuzzi too! Parking was right there and the condos! The pier had entertainment almost every night, we just liked to sit on the balcony and listen to the music. You couldn't hear it inside the condo which is nice! Plenty of seats to enjoy dinner in if you wanted. And to walk out on the beach with chairs and and umbrella set up for us already! It was so amazing!!! Thank you for an enjoyable vacation!

Fantastic time

the condo was really spacious for our family, in a great location in North Myrtle Beach, and with smaller crowds for a comfortable and relaxing time together. There were spices, cook ware, cutlery and plenty of dishes, which was fantastic for our family to eat in and enjoy the large wrap around balcony and ocean views. Super nice place!

Family Beach Vacation 2021

Love this condo! Having a 14 year old granddaughter, the den made an excellent 4th bedroom for her. Our whole family love this condo and we stayed there two summers in a row! Michael is an excellent host and was very accommodating to us. Highly recommend this rental.

Great place whose size was understated

This is a tremendous property which accommodated my 5 family members with space to spare. The property had everything we were looking for including 2 chairs and an umbella on the beach.

Spacious and clean!

Lovely unit and much larger than anticipated. This is a home so there were lots of extras you don’t find in a typical rental. Things like cleaning supplies, crock pot, good knives etc. There is also a closet full of beach chairs, boogies boards and beach toys for kids with a wagon. No need to bring all of that with you. The building is a private residence tower and it was very quiet. Elevators were empty so it was easy to maintain social distance. We love the location of Kingston Plantation because it is very close to lots of restaurants. We really enjoyed the huge balcony and beach views. Would definitely stay again!

Margate #601 is my choice for a great Myrtle Beach vacation! Located right on the sand...with 4 bedrooms! The Condo is decorated with style and comfort. The owners are very responsive and often close by - if you ever need them.

Wonderful condo

Wonderful condo - even bigger and better than it appears in the pictures! The unit was spotless - kudos to the cleaning crew! The updates are beautiful and the furniture and beds were super comfy. Central location and the building and grounds were immaculate. We enjoyed everything about our stay except the departure. John was excellent to deal with and very prompt with all replies from beginning to end. We had a minor problem when we were there and it was quickly resolved. I would recommend this unit and hope to return in the future! Thanks John!!!

Immaculate Unit - Wonderful experience!

The unit was immaculate. It was beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home. No detail was left undone. We enjoyed all the amenities. The kids enjoyed watching TV in their own private rooms and in the den. The owner was attentive and made this experience enjoyable and hassle free. The views were awesome! We enjoyed the beach in the complimentary beach chairs reserved by the owner for our use. If returning to the Myrtle Beach area, we will definitely seek to rent from this owner again. You won’t be disappointed.

Memorial Day 2015

We were a party of 7 that have stayed at Kingston Plantation 7 times and this unit is by far the most beautiful and comfortable condo we have stayed in! The bedrooms are a perfect size and having 3 bathrooms was a huge plus! The kitchen and living area was where we spent most of our time inside and we all had plenty of room! (4 adults and 3 boys age 17, 18, & 20) The balcony has great views and we enjoyed our mornings and evenings there! John, the owner, was so quick to respond and it was a very easy transaction!
