70ft Dock, with fish cleaning station for those who enjoy some of the best fishing Marathon has to offer. Dock with Water and 50amp electric pedestal.

Pool Table and Kayaks also available for our guest!

We provide linens on all beds, Bath towels and also pool towels!

Exceptional property for families and friendships. Beautiful decor and furnishings. The pool, patio, indoor and outdoor kitchen were most appreciated. Most of our time was spent using a remarkable pool, hot tub/whirlpool and unique lounging chairs. Kayaks and canal were also appreciated!

The house was absolutely beautiful! The kitchen was very well-equipped and the bedrooms were very spacious. The outdoor space made us feel like we were at a resort complete with a heated pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, and multiple lounge areas all surrounded by palm trees. It was our favorite place to be!

This house is amazing. Don’t think twice about renting it. We enjoyed everything. The pool and hot tub are amazing and was used from sun up to sundown. Having the out side kitchen was phenomenal. The ice maker and frige was a huge plus. The decor is phenomenal. We used the kayaks. That was fun also. We will be back to this home next year. They were thoughtful of everything.

This vacation rental was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! It was the perfect place for our family to spend Christmas in Marathon, Florida. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had great amenities that made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. Everything we needed was provided, which made relaxing and spending quality time together effortless.The host was very thoughtful and even decorated the property for the Christmas Holidays that truly enhanced our atmosphere! The house was phenomenal! Super clean, well thought out amenities, cookware for large groups. We spent most of our time in the outdoor area and loved using the outdoor kitchen. Our only complaint was the outdoor cushions - they are super thin and uncomfortable. One thing to note is the hot tub must be turned on in the early morning to heat up for later use.

The property is even better than the pictures. We had a group of 7 and had lots of room. The place is decorated beautifully. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was heated and really nice. Check in went smoothly. The area was perfect. We walked over to Sombrero Beach almost every day. Would highly recommend!

We just returned from spending 7 days at this house and it was absolutely spectacular. There is not one thing that was disappointing and the house and outdoor area is simply stunning. The pictures do not do it justice at all. Highly recommend!

The level of care and attention by this owner shown through in everything from the beautifully decorated home to the meticulously stocked kitchens, including a pressure cooker, smoker, and 2 double refrigerators. A picture perfect week!

We could not have asked for anything more. The house was amazing and the amenities were perfect for our family. If there was just a way to make the sargassum go away. My Grandson brought his boat down and even that was a breeze getting in and out. A family could stay busy for a week without leaving the house.

Marathon Getaway

Fantastic property. Loved the outdoors. Two king bedrooms downstairs with a twin room. Two king bedrooms upstairs with a queen room. All with private en-suite bathrooms. Literally less than 2 minutes from Publix. Easy check-in. Only thing some of the guests wished for was more water pressure in some of the showers.

Amazing accommodations!

This place was a showstopper, it housed our 7 adults very comfortably. It’s very nice, the outdoor space is immaculate and relaxing. It feels like you’re at a 5 star resort. The whole house is well appointed, extremely clean and makes it hard to want to leave. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place, it’s one of the nicest rentals in Marathon.

House is everything advertised and very clean. Enjoyed pool and all outside amenities. Beautiful decor and layout. Outdoor kitchen and grill are great. Our only issue was slipping and falling on the pool deck stone which is slippery when wet. Definitely a place to return to!

Great property

Great property. Very clean and well appointed. Clearly, the owners took the time to think about every little detail. There is nothing missing, the beds are comfortable, and it is a great location close to shopping. The channel coming in is a bit tricky. I’d say high tide at the dock is 3 feet low tide 1 foot, But I had my Captain pick me up several mornings at high tide, which was very convenient. Will definitely stay here again.
