Cozy cottage. We really enjoyed drinking coffee in the sunroom each morning. Many air conditioning units and fans which came in handy during the heat wave.
Really was a fantastic stay. We were extremely comfortable and the host was thoughtful about a lot of details. Great communication, great quiet location. Highly recommend.

Thank-you Lora for staying with us and taking great care of our cottage, we would love for you to visit us again.
The place was clean as could be. Had all we needed and more. Service in getting things set up for our visit were easy. 10 out of 10 for sure. Next time we are back in the Jerz, we will hit them up for sure again!
This is a really nice place with very considerate hosts. You can see the attention to detail in the bathroom and throughout the house. One of the reasons I rate this as a 4.5 (not quite a "5") is mostly because the main bedroom just didn't seem to cool down. They do try to combat the warmth with a window a/c, a ceiling fan AND an oscillating type, but there just seemed to be a dead space that doesn't cool down as well as one might want when trying to sleep. The other two rooms were smaller and both adult children said they cooled down fine. Another concern for some could be a steep and narrow staircase leading to the top floor, but we found this to add some challenge to the charm. The layout and kitchen were easy to negotiate and there were pots, pans, and plenty of silverware. Fridge was also solid and had some supplies that we could use. I did recommend to the host to offer non-stick cookware as stainless steel is no fun to clean when something gets slightly burned (we only used low heat). Overall, I would recommend this place for location and overall comfort. Just those two small details above were truly my only reservations from giving it a 5.

Thank-you Scott for giving a comprehensive review that will be very useful for future guests. I have bought a non-stick frying pan, and I plan to upgrade the AC unit in the Main BR. We hope to see you again!
My family and I were pleasantly surprised by this cozy cottage. From the moment we arrived, the home was very clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared. It truly had everything we needed and felt like a real home away from home. One of our favorite touches was the guest book and the small items left behind by previous guests. It was clear many families had enjoyed their stay here, and we added a few items ourselves to contribute to the tradition.Although the home may appear small from the outside, it is very roomy and comfortable inside. The quality sheets and blankets made the stay even better, and the cottage has a warm, nostalgic character that makes it easy to relax. The parking was efficient and convenient, and the landlord was extremely accommodating, communicative, and helpful throughout our stay. Our visit was especially meaningful as we gathered here to celebrate the life of our grandmother, who passed away at 108 years and 10 days. The front porch and large backyard gave our family the perfect space to reflect and spend time together.Even though it wasn’t beach weather, we would absolutely stay here again.

Hello Mary, It was a real pleasure to host you. I really appreciate that you took the time in writing us such the wonderful review and hope that we will see you again.
The house is in a very nice, quiet residential area. We felt very safe. We booked this because we had a concert at Met life and didn't want to drive 3 hours to get home, we only had a 1 hr drive to this house. The place is super clean and was perfect for the 5 of of. The house is very well stocked with supplies, even folding chairs, umbrella for the beach and beach toys. We only had a short drive to the beaches south of us. We took a walk to the bay which was only 4 blocks away, the kids loved it. The owner was very nice and answered all my questions and check in was super easy. I would stay here again.
