Ocean Pier IV unit 136 has a fully equipped kitchen where you will find everything you need to prepare and serve family meal and snacks. The dining area has seating for 4 and there are 2 additional seats along the kitchen counter. There is a comfortable living room area with plenty of seating for everyone and a lovely view of the beach. North Myrtle Beach rental unit 136 features a queen size bed in the master bedroom with a TV and access to the oceanfront balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a television. Ocean Pier has nice property amenities for the whole family to enjoy. There is an oceanfront outdoor pool with a large deck and lounge chairs for sunbathing, and an outside shower. An outdoor charcoal grill for guests' use is located at the front, south side of the building. Parking at Ocean Pier IV is onsite and each condo is allowed to have no more than two cars. Pets and motorcycles are not allowed on this property.
