This was easily one of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed in! I was beyond impressed from the moment we arrived. The location truly could not be better—a public beach is just a short walk away, and we were within walking distance of all the fun and attractions in the Okoboji/Arnolds Park area.Even though the home is right in the middle of everything, it still felt incredibly comfortable, relaxing, and homey. It gave us the convenience of being close to all the action without feeling like we were staying in a busy tourist area.The home itself was welcoming, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great weekend. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into making it a place where guests can actually relax and feel at home. We absolutely loved our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Okoboji area!

Long weekend at Okoboji

The place is in the perfect area to explore the Okoboji area.. Along with being immaculately clean and everything anyone would ever need to stay for a long weekend. Sherry and staff were awesome 👌.. Would definitely stay there again, along with telling people we know, this is the place to Stay!!!👍👍 Definitely 5 Star!!

Three days there and it was great !!

Four of us adults stayed at Stay Suites and had a wonderful time. Everything that we needed was there, the place was clean and in good shape. Location was perfect. Sherri was there is we needed anything or had any questions. We WILL be going back there next year !

Great place to stay!

We loved our stay at the Emerson Bay Suite. Loved having it all on one level and bottom floor. Easy access to everything around us. Nice and close to our other group of gals that were staying across the road at the Stay Cabin.. We were close walking distance to the Beach, Bars/restaurants in the area that also had nightly entertainment. We enjoyed our accommodations, we would recommend coming back here!

Amazing!

Thank you for a wonderful stay at an amazing place! We really enjoyed our stay and being on the ground level was a bonus being as we had children and older adults. Enjoyed being able to have a fire every evening! Everyone is so friendly and kind! Close to all attractions! Thank you so much! Definitely staying here again!

Great Place to Stay

I cannot recommend the Stay Suites highly enough. Sherri was so helpful and accommodating. The unit was very spacious and clean. She did not overlook any detail in making it feel welcoming and comfortable. Checking in and out was an absolute breeze. The location is nothing short of awesome! There is a public access beach just across the way, a great place for food and drinks right next door, and most of the other attractions in the area are a short walk. We cannot wait to go back and stay again!

Our Family Love It!

We booked this for our children and our adult grandchildren. They loved it. It is super cute and sleeps a lot of people. Everything you need is offered. It was near the town of Milford's annual celebration and the tractor parade went right in front of the unit and a local bar's fireworks were close enough to view. Highly recommend!

Great Stay in Emerson Bay

We loved the suite and the layout and windowless bedrooms so the kids slept late :). The couch was very comfortable for the family and the tv’s in every room were great. Parking was easy. The available soap, shampoo and conditioner were a nice add for a vrbo type stay. There were plenty of towels and hand towels and wash clothes - that is very appreciated. Also having the broom, hand vac and first aid kits were a very nice plus. Sherri was always available if we had a question and very quick to respond.

Amazing place to stay and fun town to visit!

So happy we found stayboji.com on the internet because it turned out to be one of the best locations my siblings have held our annual retreat! The Stay Suites location was able to accommodate my very large family of 11 siblings and all our spouses for the weekend by allowing us to rent all 3 main floor units. All three units were sparkling clean and ready for us when we got there! The spaces were large and accommodating for family meals and cheering on our favorite sports teams in the family room areas. All three units were so smartly renovated with aesthetically pleasing colors and decor, that made it so comfortable to just hang out and visit. I would highly recommend working with Stayboji.com for a family vacation, girls weekend, or retreat because they have so many locations and options in Arnold's Park that I am sure they will be able to find the right unit for you :)

Awesome Place to stay

Loved staying there. Sherri was Absolutely Fantastic. The place was very clean, everything we needed was there. The whole town was awesome- lots of stuff to do. Will come back Next year.
