A very nice, renovated apartment in Copacabana.

The building itself is Art Deco-style and has three lifts, a doorman, and 24-hour security. We’re surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets, and 24-hour pharmacies—and, of course, the famous Copacabana Beach! It’s just a two-minute walk from the front door!

The apartment originally had two bedrooms, but we decided to completely renovate it by expanding the bedroom.

The private room was completely soundproofed with 4 layers of drywall and acoustic insulation, ensuring a completely peaceful sleep, free from outside noise.

The subway is a 5-minute walk from the apartment, with bus and taxi service right at the front door.
