Ideal for 04 people (accommodating up to 06 people, including 02 children) has 02 rooms with air conditioning, bathroom, toilet, living room / kitchen and a nice balcony. The site has features residential and is designed to provide peace of mind.
Divided into two floors the apartment has living room, kitchen, toilet, a small service area and balcony on the ground floor and a grassy parking space that is used as garden. On the second floor has a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms with air conditioning and ceiling fan.

Common to 08 condominium apartments have a swimming pool 12 x 8 m with shower and a barbecue area with bathroom.
