It was my second stay at the lodge - the first one was in May 2026. I had been notified of the broken elevator 2 or 3 days prior to my arrival and it was too late to make any change in our plans. I was on the 4th floor. At my arrival I was made aware that owners approval was needed to fix the elevator (and the garage door that was open all the time) and I was very disappointed to hear that 4 days later, when we left, approval hadn't yet been received. It was very hot during my stay and I went up and down those stairs at least 10 times each day. With paying customer staying at the lodge I would expect faster response from the owners, I am not sure I will stay there for my next stay.
