Comfortable & convenient first floor apartment located in duplex on 3rd St. There is open concept floor plan living, dining, & kitchen with breakfast bar. Down the hall you will find a bedroom with a queen size bed, a full bathroom, laundry room with washer/dryer, and master bedroom with a queen sized bed and attached full bathroom. There is two off street parking spaces in the back of the property and free on street parking. Fully equipped with everything to make you comfortable during your stay. You'll love the hardwood floors and watching the world race by from the comfort of your front porch.
Located across the street from the Castle St Arts & Antique District where you could spend hours perusing the unique shops, cafes, & restaurants. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Visited Wilmington for the Azalea Festival with friends. Great location and parking behind apartment as promised and greatly appreciated. Great location. Didn’t need our vehicle for the entire stay. The place was clean and comfortable. A few maintenance items need attention (eg. stove light, toilet seat, a few burned out bulbs, ice trays). Otherwise, good value and great location. I’d recommend.

Pleasant stay in beautiful property
