Everything here was fantastic. We were two couples staying for a week. Moune and Dominic were great hosts who met us at the house and explained all the amenities.Orient Bay is five minutes away, as are several great restaurants - we loved Sao, Maison Mere and L’Atelier. We would happily stay here again.

This was one of the best vacations our family has ever had. The property was amazing and had everything we could have wanted and needed. Each time we walked through the gate and into the property we felt like we had returned to our private oasis. Besides the property, Moune, the property manager, is 10/10 amazing. She met us in person to show us around the house when we checked in, and was never more than a text away to suggest particular tours, experiences, or even a taxi service. She helped make our stay extra memorable. Finally, the property's location is perfect. It is a 3-minute walk to a small grocery - our daily source of baguettes, croissants, salamis, and wine - as well as quality cafes and restaurants. Every member of our family enjoyed every moment of our stay.

A wonderful vacation

The Mojito villa exceed our expectations. The villa was perfect for two couples. It is conveniently located within walking distance of the beach and village. Plenty of places to eat and shop. Great Property Close to Everything!

Wonderful house that was within walking distance to all Orient Bay has to offer. House was stocked with everything you need to cook and there is a grocery store within walking distance. Don't miss all of the great French Restaurants within a 5 min walk. Also spent time at the beach clubs which were fabulous!

Beautifully appointed house close to beach

This is an amazing vacation home in a perfect location. The outside space is beautiful - great pool area with wonderful greenery that attracts butterflies and even a few lizards. Outside dining table is perfect for a dinner under the stars. Inside, the kitchen is large and has everything you need for great vacation cooking. There is a nice sitting room and two well-sized bedrooms with bathrooms. The location is the great selling point. An easy walk to all of the Orient Bay beaches as well as the village with numerous stores and restaurants. We will be back!!

Private Tropical Paradise

My husband and I have been vacationing in St. Martin for many years but have never stayed in a place as well equipped and comfortable as Mojito. We walked through the gate and found ourselves in a tropical paradise. The beautiful sparkling pool is surrounded by a variety of island plants and trees. The pictures don’t do it justice! The villa inside has high ceilings giving the space an open feeling. The kitchen has everything a cook needs. I love to make meals even on vacation! The outdoor living area was perfect for happy hour, dining and lounging. We had several “pool” days at Mojito and didn’t even go to the beach! However, the beach is just minutes away which was nice. The Village had everything we needed. Excellent restaurants, bakery and grocery store. Thank you Moune and Dominique for your hospitality. We are already planning a trip for next year. Beautiful Quiet Space

Overall, a great space and location. The host managers are friendly with great communication, and leave you alone once there and checked in. The pool and household is immaculate with a complete kitchen. Tv works on some US channels, but we never turned it on in a week. They have power adapters on hand to convert 220-110. The area is very French in culture, with some great restaurants about 1/2 mile away near the beaches of Orient Bay. We rented a car, happy we did, but it is a bit haphazard on the roads. Google maps worked good with ATT phones throughout the island. Traffic can take about an hour to get from the airport to the Villa, and without Google maps you will never make it. We did one excursion for snorkeling, probably not worth it. The water is rough and you have to be a fairly strong swimmer in open water as they tuck behind islands and coves for viewing, but you do see fish and an occasional turtle. There is not a lot to spend money on once on the island, except the exceptional food. So, go to the beach/bar, then the Villa pool, and enjoy the day and then a nice dinner at night and relax . . . and that is a good day. Repeat over and over again. Highly recommend this Villa.

Center of Orient Beach

As two couples this was a great rental. The property is well appointed both inside and out as the pictures accurately depict. The property is a short 3 block walk to the village with shops and restaurants and at least 4 very nice beach clubs all with great food options. The property is so convenient you could spend the week here and not need a car. Moune and Dominic were great hosts!

We had a wonderful time at Villa Mojito! The bedrooms were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The private pool was amazing - the perfect place to relax after a day on the beach or driving around exploring. The location was perfect - a 5 minute walk to the gorgeous beach and numerous restaurants. Our family loved our time in Orient Bay. We highly recommend staying at Villa Mojito!. IT WAS PERFECT!

After having visited St Martin for over 25 years, and always staying on Orient Beach, this was the first time we had to find different lodging as Hurricane Irma flattened our usual location. This property exceeded our expectations, so much so we've booked again for next year. We were two couples traveling together, and the size and layout of the cottage were both perfect for us. The pool was great, the outdoor dining area was a wonderful spot to enjoy breakfasts, and the kitchen was very well appointed. The property manager, Moune, also lives in Orient Village, just a short distance away, and was very responsive to the few questions we had. We're already counting the days until we return.

Beautiful Mojito on St. Martin, France 🇫🇷

This Villa is unbelievably beautiful and highly functional. Nestled in the Panoramic, Orient Bay Area every morning was a beautiful sunrise awaiting your waking eyes. Spacious Beaches and sand abound throughout the Beautiful Blue coral waters. However, the most precious and wonderful aspect is the Owner and Crew. They really appreciate your visitation to their home and they treat you as friendly family. We have never experienced or enjoyed ourselves as much, on other “Holidays”, as the serene atmosphere afforded at Mojito’s offerings. We will return. We absolutely recommend visiting Mojito and Saint-Martin to All. ***** 5 Stars ⭐️ is an understatement, as to the quality and quantity of great memories, great service and great cuisines. We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was just like the photos. It was just a short walk to the beach and bakery for breakfast. Everything was very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed having a private outside sitting area and pool. We stayed here with another couple and it was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place!! We will be back

A Perfect Pad in Paradise

My husband I just came back from a wonderful 9 day stay at Mojito and would recommend it to anyone considering a trip to St. Martin. The location is excellent - 2 minute walking distance to beaches (our favorite was the closest - Coco Beach) and main village of Orient Bay with shops and amazing restaurants. The villa was spotlessly clean, sleekly decorated and perfect for our needs. We lived on the verandah which afforded shade and breeze all day long, and spent hours in the pool enjoying the privacy of the beautiful garden surrounding it. Very well stocked kitchen, big bathrooms and bedrooms and even a second floor balcony with a table and two chairs for casual dining or coffee. Internet could be better, but we had several devices including an Apple TV which could have stressed the router. It is on the main drag, so there is some traffic noise, but it wasn't a problem for us. Would come back anytime!
