This beautiful condo, decorated in an Amalfi Coast style, is a one-bedroom, 2 bath, built-in bunk bed, 1 sleeper sofa, kitchen, dinette, living room, large wall-mounted TV, and a balcony with a full gulf view. This condo can sleep up to 6 comfortably.

NO SMOKING in the unit. Smoke mitigation will be a $500 fee. I'm not unreasonable, you can smoke cheese doodles for all I care, just go outside man.

Don't throw stuff off the balcony. It's dangerous and illegal. It's a silly reason to be thrown out.

The condo was tidy and all the essentials were provided! The location can't be beat but ultimately the view is the show stopper! We could see straight into the water from the balcony and got to see many creatures swimming behind the sandbar. Truly a stunning and peaceful view. Thanks for a great stay and we hope to be back again soon!

The most organized and relaxed vacation ever!

I cannot say enough great things about staying at Seychelles. This was our second trip here and it’s become our go-to place where we know we can trust and have a great time. The whole process couldn’t be easier and the communication with our property manager was top-tier. Super clean, family friendly, and right on the beach. The whole staff is very welcoming and wants to make sure you have everything you need to ensure a wonderful, smooth vacation.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. I would suggest getting 2 more balcony chairs to replace the 2 Adirondack chairs. Plastic on them was questionable for sturdiness.

Beautiful view!

Our family loved the condo because we had a breathtaking view of the Gulf! We were able to go out on the balcony and watch the sea life every morning while watching the sun rise. Our host was very friendly and quick to respond with any answers to our questions! We are planning another trip in the fall and hope to stay at this location again if it is available!

Great Condo! Very Clean!

The view from the balcony was amazing. The unit was very clean with a large washer and dryer which is always a plus! The beds and sofa bed were comfortable and the AC was super cold. No complaints at all, we hope to rent again in the future

Quieter end of Panama City Beach. Less congested, and still a ton of things to do. And best views on the beach.

What makes this property unique

I keep them very clean, I run dehumidifiers to cut back on excessive moisture, and I'm right downstairs, which means I can be super responsive when needed.
