Perfect spot for a wedding that we attended at St. Margaret’s church. Local access to the Hill and close to parks and neighborhoods with a great vibe to walk around, shop etc. Andrew was very easy to communicate with and quick responses. Thank you Andrew.!

We had a very enjoyable stay in this home. It is an older home, as is everything in the area, but very well cared for and maintained. It's age is a lot of the charm and pictures don't really capture that charm. It was very comfortable and well stocked. The host was extremely welcoming, helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall property met our needs. AC worked really good. Beds & pillows were very comfortable and as well as quality of linens - especially towels. Unit came with no soap in any bathroom which is an expectation we should have that the home has at least starter amenities. Also quality of the repairs were not great though in all transparency everything worked as expected. Furniture, especially sofa, could use an upgrade. Host was a great communicator. Overall would I stay here again - yes. Could more love be shown to the property also yes.

Great location, easy to check in, adequate kitchen. Only comment is that would be nice to have a check in sheet with general info on it. Where to find what, WiFi password, how to leave the house upon checkout, etc.

Parking was right in front Reminds me of red stone house and nicely remodeled. The only caution if you have older adults that have problems climbing stairs. Bedrooms are on second floor Iwould stay here again.

Property was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. Quick Uber rides to downtown and Forest Park. Just FYI…all of the bedrooms are upstairs. There is one bathroom upstairs that is en-suite to the master bedroom but also accessible from the hallway. Second bathroom is downstairs.

Spacious. Stayed here twice now. 1st-4 adults, 2 kids / 2nd and this time 5 adults. Love that it has 2 bathrooms with showers. Just wish it had more livingroom seating. We brought inflatable chairs this time around for extra seating. But otherwise we like the location and the spaciousness of this place. Host responded quickly to questions we had. We would definitely stay again.

House was in a wonderful location, central to almost everything (15ish min. drive). House was extremely clean and tidy when we arrived, check-in and check-out was simple. Would use again on our next trip to St. Louis!
