This house was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The host was responsive and helpful. Walking distance to the downtown and river! Would love to stay again.
We had the pleasure to stay here for 10 days in June. The home was absolutely beautiful, and each space had a unique vibe. The neighborhood of nearby restaurants offers a great variety as well! I would love to return to this wonderful home again.
Wow! That's just one word to explain this rental! For one the location was perfect. Walking distance to SoMa with food and shops to explore. Now for the inside. I have pretty high standards. Coming from a veteran husband, we like clean. We could walk barefoot and the floors felt exceptionally clean. The decor was beautifully done. The owner did not miss a beat on anything. I will be staying here again!
From the beautiful front porch to the outdoor sitting area in the back and everything in between. The home is inviting and roomie, and the host has gone out of her way to provide everything that you need for your stay to be perfect. The moment you walk in, it smells amazing, It looks amazing, and the beds are so comfortable. You won’t regret staying at this location.
Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home. Everything was so modern and chic. The master bedroom was so breathtaking. Thank you for making your home comfortable for every person that steps into your home. If you thinking about booking this home YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.
This house is FABULOUS!!!! I can tell you that everything from decor to cleanliness to location to comfort to space was MORE THAN WE IMAGINED. We visited Little Rock for our annual girls' trip and this house was EVERYTHING! It is located close to all the major attractions, walkable to SOMA, and just PERFECT. Olivia was very responsive to any questions and made great suggestions for dining and activities. The kitchen is nicely stocked with dishes, pots/pans, spices, and cleaning supplies. The little extras - like laundry detergent, make up wipes, shampoo/conditioner, etc - were welcomed surprises. If you are visiting the Little Rock area, do yourself a favor and stay here!!!
Beautifully renovated home, and extremely well-located for access to downtown, the airport and the fun SOMA neighborhood. Thoughtfully decorated and equipped. We'd book here again.
Since moving to Colorado & having my family there, we’ve always stayed with my mom when we visit. She moved to assisted living this year & I was worried about finding a homey place to stay with my husband & 2 adult kids when we came for Christmas. I needn’t have worried - this place was magical!! We had a lovely tree to open our presents around, there were holiday touches in every room. Holidays aside, this place was perfect for my family. Comfy beds, huge well-stocked kitchen. Absolutely loved the huge 2-person shower! The beautiful art throughout the home gave it a personal touch. Unfortunately it rained a lot during our stay, but on the dry days we took advantage & walked two blocks to SoMa - nice restaurants & cute shops.
We had a great stay in downtown Little Rock! The house was clean and comfortable. There is only one shower and I didn't realize that. I was looking for 2 bathrooms and there were two, but one has a big tub with a wand, and not conducive for an adult shower, but perfect for bathing kids. The location made up for that as we could walk to shops and restaurants. Easy communication with the host. Only street parking but that was not an issue as there was plenty of space on the street in front of the house. We enjoyed our stay and would book it again!
Wonderfully decorated home. Most definitely walking distance to SoMa neighborhood with shops and restaurants. Central location with short drive to other hotspots (museums and attractions).
