Lounge area has Cable TV/ROKU with Fridge, Microwave and complimentary Organic Tea/coffee station all for your use!

You may only park on the street in front of property, go through the front door and straight upstairs. Located in a very quiet safe neighborhood with easy access to everything you need right around you as well as all major highways!

Street Parking Only.
Due to the tenant that lives downstairs of the duplex, they need to be able to utilize the driveway.
No Kitchen.
