Wecome to our 'home away from home' beautiful vacation house located within the private gated Grayhawk community in north Scottsdale. Our spacious and quiet 2,600 square foot single storey house is tastefully furnished with relaxation and comfort in mind. It has an upgraded and fully equipped kitchen. The generous 12 foot ceilings provide an open and airy atmosphere. There is a large private patio which provides outdoor living space for sunset views and wildlife watching. The house has an eat-in kitchen with seating for 6 and a large dining area. There are two full bathrooms with beautiful showers, vanities, and fixtures. The house has been equipped with all amenities to make your stay most comfortable. Included are a television, cable, Wi-Fi, an iPhone/iPod dock to enjoy music, and a laundry room with new HE washer/dryer.
Our guests have access to the backyard wading pool and to the full-size community pool which is located just down the street. The home is located within Scottsdale with easy access to the 101 loop, DC Ranch Market, and West McDowell Mountain Regional Park.

We are a retired professional couple from Vancouver, Canada. While we don’t necessarily embrace the title of “snowbirds”, technically we are. 😊
We take pride in knowing that two groups that stayed at our home loved it so much that they subsequently purchased houses in the Grayhawk area. It is nice to know that guests experienced the beauty of AZ at our home and they have now become are neighbours.
Why they chose this property
We purchased our home 10 years ago. It has easy access to Hwy 101, making it a great location to get to all parts of AZ. We especially enjoy the spring and fall seasons. There is quick access to the many hiking trails in North Scottsdale. Our home is a great base for those who like the activity of the Scottsdale area as well as those who are looking to just relax.
What makes this property unique
Our home is comfortable, well equipped, private and safe. We are happy and willing to accommodate our guests needs both prior to arrival and during their stay. The Grayhawk staff are extremely welcoming and willing to help, and are regularly seen driving through the neighborhood.
