Barefoot Cottages - 3BR/3.5BA - Steps from Pool - Screened Porches

If you have a large group, Mermaid Cove sleeps 8 and I have two other cottages just steps away that sleep 8 and 6 (the other two are dog friendly). Inquire with your dates to see what's available.
Mermaid Cove was recently updated, is tucked away in the quiet D section at Barefoot Cottages, and just steps away from the pool, parking, and grilling area.
Centrally located between the beach towns of Port St. Joe and Mexico Beach, you can go exploring on the Forgotten Coast, relax at the beach (WindMark Beach on St. Joseph Bay is less than a mile away or Mexico Beach on the Gulf of Mexico is less than ten minutes), watch beautiful sunsets, and gather back at Mermaid Cove to prepare meals in the fully-equipped kitchen or use the community grills just off the porch, exchange highlights of your day, and sleep in comfortable beds (2 King bedrooms, 1 Queen, and 1 sleeper sofa).

The 1st floor open concept living/dining/kitchen makes for great family time.
Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own attached full bath, 2 with a walk-in shower and 1 with a tub/shower combo. Towels, hair dryer, and hotel-size shampoo/conditioner/soap/body wash/lotion in each.
The 1st floor master works great for those who don't do stairs easily (there are 4 steps to get into the cottage).
You'll find a half bath on the 1st floor with a washer, dryer, and laundry products to use.
Dining space for seven--four at the table and three more at the breakfast bar.
2 screened porches provide outdoor living space and a great spot for morning coffee, afternoon sweet tea, and evening cold beverages.
WE PROVIDE FOR YOUR STAY--toilet paper, paper towels, Ziploc bags, foil, Pam, oil, spices, salt & pepper, dishwashing and laundry products, trash bags, and cleaning supplies.

Port St. Joe has a vibrant and charming downtown area (3 minute car ride) with boutique shopping and many locally-owned delicious restaurants. Piggly Wiggly and Dollar General Market are available for grocery shopping.

If you want touristy attractions, chain restaurants, and name-brand stores, take a drive to Panama City Beach for the day. You can be there in about an hour, have fun, fight the traffic, and be so glad you chose to stay at Mermaid Cove in Barefoot Cottages.

If you are under 25 and your parents won't be staying with you the entire time, please don't even ask to book. The cottage is family and snowbird friendly and a great location to experience the tranquil and memorable vacation you've been dreaming of.

Boat and trailers are no longer allowed in Barefoot Cottages. I can connect you with offsite parking.
