Was clean and updated property, had a couple minor issues owner was very responsive. My only suggestion was there were a lot of plug in oil air fresheners as someone who suffers from Asthma I had to go around and unplug them due it triggering my asthma. Would recommend not using them as many people with COPD and asthma cannot handle the fragrance and the house was clean an odor free so they were not needed . Lives the swan towels, it was super cute.

Needs Work
Check in was a breeze although the door lock is a little frustrating. The home is spacious but needs a good deep cleaning. We found crackers behind doors, under the nightstand and used q-tips on the floor in the bathroom. Upon arrival we noticed that there was not power in one of the guest rooms, the management company sent someone out but he could not resolve the issue. We were told that an electrician would be out the next day to take care of it. The next day I reached out to management to see when the electrician would be coming and was told that it would be when he got off work and that was, if he got off of work in time. Evidently he did not get off in time, because we did not have power the entire stay. There are multiple febreeze plug ins, which we unplugged due to allergies. Our last night we noticed a smell that explained all of the plug ins. This home could be an amazing rental but it definitely needs some work.

Thank you for your review and letting us know what we need to work on so our home can be even better. I will address the points one at at time.
1. The door lock can become frustrating because its a smart lock with good safety features. We send out countless communication to guest before they arrive over multiple days. We constant insist on passing on the information to anyone who will need to open the door because typically one of the guest will arrive before the person who book it and that person does not have any of the info we have been sending to the person who made the reservation and received all the communication. We send video and picture instructions multiple times.
2. There is no excuse for the cleaning issues. We send our cleaners to the house to address whatever issue arise. We have also worked with our cleaners to highly improve our process since then.
3. If something goes wrong with any mechanical or electrical service, we try to deal with it right away. However, these are issues that we have rely on a skilled service technician to deal with and sometimes we just can't get them there on short notice. If someone book the house for 2 nights we are hampered by the availability of the skilled techs. All electrical issues have been addressed and rectified.
4. I am not sure what smell was noticed in the house but our home does not have an odor. I can vehemently assure anyone of that. We use the Airwick like most people do, to make our home smell fresh and inviting ... not to hide any smell. Anyone can see our performance on the other major booking platform. This house is a 'guests favorite".
