4) Clean ,smell good, tidy
5) Level 14(nice view, mountain view)

Airport and bus terminal is 5-10minit drive from our place. And we are the 2nd largest shopping mall in Kuching. FULL of local food around the Apartment.
We also provide rental car service. email me if interest.
