We have peaceful, stunning panoramic views, and beautiful outdoor areas to enjoy the fall color from. NO CLEANING OR PET FEES! The Tuscany suite is one of two approx. 750sf suites on the patio level (owners live on the upper level) and is separated by a large shared game room with air hockey, ping-pong, electronic darts, game table, Exercycle, piano. Peaceful, quiet and convenient! You won't find another property with views like this. Private bath, large living room with kitchenette. Private and shared patio with waterfall, fire pit, outdoor furniture, and new Hot Springs hot tub. Up to 2 pets welcome with owner's approval. Golden retriever on site. If you grab an opportunity to stay at this property, do not pass it up!This experience was so much more than we expected, we changed our plans and stayed an additional day. This location is ideally located for hiking, dining and exploring and plus a pet friendly option. All of our normal VRBO expectations were met; the property matched its description (actually the pictures didn’t do it justice whatsoever) it was clean, the furnishings were comfortable and relaxing, and there was an abundance of amenities and conveniences (laundry, kitchenette, humongous game room) inside and out. We spent 3 nights by the stocked firepit then soothed sore muscles in the best hot tub we’ve yet enjoyed. However nothing was as favorable as the helpfulness that the host provided.Jim offered an abundance of guidance when asked (his recommendations for hiking, restaurants, and exploration were spot on) and his hosting practices allowed privacy and relaxation on site. Best VRBO experience yet! We plan on returning with a pet next season. Can’t wait

Nice getaway

We came up for the weekend- the property was clean, and looked like the photos. Jim was friendly and accommodating and a few minor hiccups were immediately addressed and we enjoyed our stay! Too bad portions of the trail were closed- will have to come back again once they re-open.

Beautiful Property Beautiful Views

Greeted upon arrival by Mike and Penny (their wonderful, friendly dog). Mike showed me to my suite, explaining the layout, the various controls, the hot tub, and answered all of my questions. He additionally recommended several local restaurants, both of which were exceptional. The suite had everything I wanted, was quiet and cool, even through the heat of the day.

Beautiful Romantic Anniversary Retreat

The view was absolutely beautifully from our bedroom and the hot tub. The place was very clean and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable. Perfect Little Getaway

Our trip was great! We really enjoyed staying at this property and look forward to returning with our children soon! We rode the VA Creeper Trail and (for this big ol' girl) the hot tub that was offered at our VRBO came in very useful! Thank to Jim and Karen for our special breakfast and for such clean accommodations. We truly have nothing to worry about. They took such great care of us. We can't wait to come back!
