Beach house located at the beginning of the allotment Pontal da Ilha (within the Association: AMPI / COOPONTAL), corner with Rua Germano Aguiar, near the sea (approximately 150 meters). The location is very quiet, little frequented and has many areas. greens and mangroves nearby.
The house has two distinct spaces:
1) Main house - with 03 bedrooms (all with air conditioning), 03 bathrooms, "U" shaped balcony, tv room, kitchen with all utensils, fans in every room; pool measuring 4 x 7 m, 1.40 m deep and barbecue; The property is in 03 land with total area of 1. 800 m2)
2) Annex: 02 suites and balcony on the first floor, and 01 room on the ground floor - with air conditioning); downstairs, space for tables and hammocks.
