We really enjoyed our time on Tybee Island. The condo was perfect for my family of 6. The view is amazing! We got to see dolphins from the balcony. Only draw back was the sound of the air conditioners right below the balconies, you couldn't hear the waves. If you go make sure you travel to Wormsloe plantation near Savannah. I highly recommend this condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We cannot say enough good things about this townehome. Such an easy walk to the beach crossover from the back porch! The inside was comfortable, the kitchen had more than enough for our family of 6. You could hear the waves from the master bedroom. It was a great vacation for all of us.

We loved our stay at Beachside Colony! Lovely views from the upstairs and downstairs windows! Prettiest sunrise I have seen in a long time. We had rainy weather every day except our checkout day, but we were able to stay an hour longer for a little beach time. The restaurant next door was great and the convenience was perfect!! The few questions we had were answered in a timely manner. We hope to visit again soon.

Location is great including a private attached garage. Beach access from this unit is super easy boardwalk is right outside the unit. Balcony views are great and the onsite restaurant has good food and drinks. 1 of the 2 pools is heated which was great for temps in the 50-60s during our stay. Only a couple of minor things, the air ducts need to be cleaned had some dirt/dust coming out when heat kicked on during a cold night. Had to run to the store for trash bags as only 2 were in the unit and laundry detergent as we had 8 people for 4 days and towels ran out quickly between pool and showers. Overall a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

The on site restaurant was so good we hardly cooked. House views are beautiful. Nice quiet location but still super easy to get to shopping and savannah. Great place!
