no hot water, no elevator, no lobby, pool is empty and terrible and no maintenance.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We would like to clarify a few points regarding your stay to provide proper context for future guests. The Elevator & Lobby: Our building is a low-rise property with only 4 floors, which is why the developer/management did not install an elevator or a traditional lobby area. The Swimming Pool: The pool was temporarily closed because the building management was actively conducting scheduled maintenance. This was done promptly to ensure the safety and health of all guests, which is always a priority. Hot Water: A hot shower system is scheduled for installation in our unit at a later date. We apologize if this caused any inconvenience during your stay. We would like to highlight that the unit itself was fully functional, clean, and without issues. While some building-wide amenities are managed by the property administration and out of our direct control, we always strive to ensure our private unit offers a comfortable experience. Thank you again for your time, and we wish you the best in your future travels.
