Great and budget friendly

Stayed here for a wedding and it was great. Exact same as staying at the hotel. Less expensive than the hotel prices for a fraction of the cost. The one thing that I didn’t like was the cleaning people knocking on my door several times before my check out time. However, that is not something to fault the property managers for.

A Little Slice Of Paradise

My husband and I stayed at the Pelican Grand Beach Resort for our 21st anniversary and we are already planning our 22nd! It was a wonderful experience very peaceful and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The two ladies at the front desk were especially helpful!! Honestly, we went off the resort a few times and were so glad to get back. It felt like we were coming home again haha! I can’t say enough about this resort! Wonderful experience!

Hotel Room

Unsure of why the property is marketed in this way. It had all the amenities of the hotel and is beautiful, The only downside is, there is only one other eating establishment (next door) in the vicinity besides those at the hotel.

Resort was epic; room mediocre

We’ve stayed at this resort before and absolutely loved it. The resort has been renovated, but this room was not. Room was clean just out dated. The mattress needs to be replaced. My wife and I kept rolling into each other. There is a leak in the faucets when you turn the water on. Not a bad leak but noticeable. And there is barely any shower pressure. Other than that it’s a great stay. Room was clean. Like I said, the resort is the best in the area. We had a great stay. Priced right for the quality of the room. We would book there again.

Pre cruise stay

Pool area good - staff friendly-ate at co2 lounge, food and service was good- however a group of obnoxious people ahold have been asked to leave. Didn’t bother me- but a few kids in dining area- these people were loudly dropping f bombs the entire time check out was a problem also - charges I never made were on bill. Told they would be removed and e mail sent - no e mail. Now I must check charge statement
